Scholarship Program - 2009 Recipients




Raymore, MO - April 28, 2009 - The Raymore Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the recipients of this year's scholarships. This year's recipients are seniors, Hillary Anne Desneux, Maurice Roper, and Mark Sappington. Each of the recipients will receive the scholarship to apply towards tuition, fees, or room and board associated with pursuing their degree at any accredited college or university.

Hillary Anne Desneux, 2009 Scholarship Recipient

Hillary Anne Desneux

Hillary Anne Desneux is the daughter of Chris Desneux and Debra Clark of Peculiar, Missouri. Hillary plans to attend Rockhurst University this fall majoring in business administration with an emphasis in International Business.

 Maurice Roper, 2009 Scholarship Recipient

Maurice Roper

Maurice Roper is the son of Leatrice Jordan and Martin Roper of Raymore, Missouri. Maurice plans to attend St. Louis University this fall majoring in finance and broadcast communication.

Mark Sappington, 2009 Scholarship Recipient

Mark Sappington

Mark Sappington is the son of Scott and Mary Sappington of Peculiar, Missouri. Mark plans to attend Rockhurst University to double major in accounting and business management and pursue a Master's Degree in business administration.
